This week, we unveiled our school Charter. The Charter is an agreement we make with one another to act in ways that help us feel the way we want to feel in our school. A lot of thoughtful work went into the creation of our Charter. First classrooms created class Charters. Then a delegate from each class came together with Mrs. Simpkins and Mrs. Wojnarowski to determine what words from their class Charter we wanted to use in our school Charter. These important words were unveiled at an all-school assembly. After a dramatic drum roll, our Charter words were unveiled. This year at Ardmore we want to feel Respected, Focused, and Proud. Throughout this school year, we will revisit the words in our Charter and discuss how we can all contribute to helping every student feel Respected, Focused, and Proud.
