On September 16, D45 students, staff, and families gathered for the Villa Park/Lombard Council PTA’s 16th Annual “Just For Fun 5K Run” in memory of Bonnie Scahill, a former PE teacher in District 45.
Under overcast skies, hundreds laced up their shoes and walked or ran the Prairie Path for a fun community event. In addition to the 5K Race, the morning included a 1-mile Kids Fun Run for grades K-5. What fun!
